The Shriraj Team mobile application and Platform access, collect, transmit, and process location data (including precise GPS coordinates and approximate network-based location) to support location-based real estate, marketplace, and delivery services.
1. How Location Data is Accessed & Collected:
- Foreground Location Access: Collected while the application is active on your screen to display nearby property listings, local vendor offerings, and interactive map directions.
- Background Location Access (For Delivery Agents & Service Providers): For registered delivery partners and service providers, location data may be accessed even when the application is closed or not in active use to enable real-time order matching, rider assignment, and live customer order tracking.
2. Purposes of Location Data Processing:
- Nearby Property & Business Discovery: Enabling users to search, filter, and discover real estate properties, businesses, and products near their physical location.
- Navigation & Site Visits: Providing accurate route calculations and map directions for property visits, client meetings, and service dispatch.
- Real-Time Delivery Tracking: Allowing customers and supervisors to track live delivery progress on the map.
- Service Area Verification: Ensuring services, listings, and offers are relevant to your region or city.
3. Data Protection, Sharing & User Permission Control:
We do not sell, rent, or trade your location data to third parties or advertisers. Location data is shared only with trusted mapping service providers (such as Google Maps SDK/API) strictly for map rendering and route calculations.
